We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Superintendent (Growth and Stability) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the leading construction companies, renowned for delivering world-class commercial and luxury high rise projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Superintendent and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry with a strong emphasis on commercial and luxury high rise projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Superintendent (Growth and Stability), you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all phases of project construction, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
2. Developing and implementing project work plans and reviewing, adjusting, and updating project schedules and information.
3. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
4. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe workspace and proactive approach to safety management.
5. Effectively managing and leading teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.
6. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tools, materials, and resources are available when needed.
7. Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating daily construction activities.
8. Resolving any potential issues or work discrepancies, ensuring every stage of the project is executed accurately.
9. Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress and changes.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Permanent Senior Superintendent (Growth and Stability) position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in the commercial and luxury high-rise construction industry.
2. Proven experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
5. Proficiency in interpreting and executing complex construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
8. The ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Proficient in construction software programs.
11. Certification in OSHA safety management and a valid driver’s license.
