Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for Commercial Interiors to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a variety of projects related to the planning, design, and execution of commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on corporate interiors, and a strong understanding of the commercial landlord and tenant improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans for commercial interior projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Oversee all stages of project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to construction and completion.
4. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
6. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and any potential issues or delays.
7. Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
8. Continually assess and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in commercial interior design and construction.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in the field of commercial interior design.
2. A degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
3. Proven experience managing commercial landlord and tenant improvement projects.
4. Strong knowledge of corporate interiors, including latest trends, materials, and design principles.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing contracts and vendors.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve project-related issues effectively.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
9. Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
10. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
