We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Insurance Producer/Sales professional to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in sales. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The role involves selling various types of insurance policies including property, casualty, life, health, and commercial lines to new and existing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of our insurance products and a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for insurance, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop marketing strategies for new insurance contracts or policy renewals.
2. Evaluate the clients’ needs and financial resources to recommend the most suitable insurance plan.
3. Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
4. Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs and sell related products.
5. Present and explain insurance policy options based on clients’ needs and goals.
6. Collaborate with clients to introduce them with suitable insurance policies.
7. Assist policyholders in settling insurance claims in the event of a loss.
8. Regularly review insurance plans to ensure that they meet clients’ needs.
9. Stay updated with changes in insurance policies and guidelines.
10. Handle policy renewals and ensure timely issuance and delivery of insurance policies.

Qualifications:

1. Must bring a book of previous business with them and be able to grow their book without restrictions.
2. Must possess an active Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life & Health Insurance License.
3. Experience in B2B sales
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
8. Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
9. Good understanding of policy details, including legal and medical terminology.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. High level of professionalism and integrity; good judgment.
13. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
14. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
