Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex legal matters.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop defense strategies.
5. Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. An active membership in the Texas State bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
4. Proven experience in handling a high volume of cases from inception through trial.
5. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
