Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a permanent member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization and make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter, track, and trouble-shoot orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure that customer expectations regarding quality, delivery, accuracy, and follow up on orders are met
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop programs, pricing
arrangements, and supply agreements that focus on services rather than pricing
  • Target and research new business opportunities
  • Cold call leads and personal research to cultivate relationships and generate new business
  • Effectively use the company’s technology platforms to:
o Communicate specific information regarding a customer visit or phone call
o Document customer problems and initiate internal action plans to correct issues
o Track daily sales data and quotes

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience cold calling and prospecting for new business
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Willing to travel to client sites quarterly (2-3 days)
