Inside Sales/ Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Inside Sales/Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As an Inside Sales/Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Provide technical support to customers and answer their inquiries
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Application Engineering in the Manufacturing industry
• Certification of PSAP, CMRP, MLA, MLT or equivalent a HUGE plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
