Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Inside Sale Representative Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the management of our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely order entry and processing.
2. Providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Generating and following up on leads, with a focus on prospecting new customers.
4. Quoting parts and negotiating pricing with customers and suppliers.
5. Utilizing MS Office suite to maintain customer records, track sales progress, and generate reports.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets.
7. Researching market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Inside Sale Representative Trainee position will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems, order processing, and MS Office suite.
3. Experience in prospecting and lead generation, with a demonstrated ability to be a hunter in the sales field.
