We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Account Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can maintain and grow existing accounts, while also developing new business opportunities within assigned territories. This role requires a balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
3. Provide exceptional customer support, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas and drive growth.
6. Attend field training classes to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, from sales to delivery and beyond.
8. Report on account status periodically or as needed.
9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and professional associations to maintain industry knowledge and expand network.
10. Support customer relationships with regular follow-ups to assess satisfaction levels and discover potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Account Management or similar role, preferably within the Construction industry.
2. Proven ability to manage and grow assigned accounts and territories.
3. Demonstrated success in a B2B environment, with strong inside sales skills.
4. Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
9. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
10. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and developments through continuous learning and development opportunities.
