We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our critical infrastructure systems. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, contributing to our overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure systems, including virtualization, network administration, InTune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Cisco Switches, Fortinet, and VMware.
• Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of system availability and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure systems.
• Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices in the management of IT services.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, specifically in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with virtualization, network administration, InTune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Cisco Switches, Fortinet, and VMware.
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Certification in relevant areas (such as ITIL, VMware, Cisco) will be an advantage.
