Job Summary: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Your expertise will be essential in preventing and resolving equipment breakdowns, reducing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any equipment-related issues that may impact manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Comply with safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Act quickly and efficiently during emergencies to minimize equipment downtime.
• Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies to continuously improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyors, pumps, and motors.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies as needed.
