We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager for our Flexible Packaging division. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-oriented manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for providing leadership for maintenance activities at the Tukwila, WA facility. Responsibilities include efficient use of resources to affect repairs, predictive and preventive maintenance in accordance with company policies and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide hands-on leadership and direct daily activities of maintenance personnel.
• Prioritize and provide resources to correct safety issues.
• Develop/administer a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery/equipment in proper working condition & minimize down time.
• Assign daily break down maintenance activities thru the work order system and verbal instruction.
• Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility machinery and building.
• Maintains inventories of maintenance material, supplies and repair parts at required level.
• Provides hands-on troubleshooting and analysis
• Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Responsible for analyzing and job costing of maintenance activities.
• Adheres to and implements assigned safety policies and procedures in compliance with the company’s guidelines.
• Responsible for staffing, training, and discipline of maintenance department personnel.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in maintenance management w/several years experience in preventive and effective safety programs.
• Proven experience or knowledge of film extrusion, converting equipment, flexible packaging, and plastics manufacturing processes.
• Exp. with 480 and 240V electrical along with PLCs & VFDs
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, with experience managing production budgets.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using AutoCAD or SolidWorks CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Engineering degree or technical degree - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
