Industrial Construction Project Manager

Full Service General Contractor that's been in business for over 35 years. Ranked in the top 10 nationwide for General Contractors. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager (GC) to join our fast-paced Construction team.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Utilize Primavera, P6, and AutoCAD to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately forecasted and tracked.
4. Use Viewpoint software to manage project resources effectively and efficiently.
5. Oversee the schedule and change order processes, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
6. Lead Construction Management activities, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
8. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera, P6, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software.
4. Experience in managing project budgets and schedules.
5. Knowledge of Construction Management principles and practices.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
