We are hiring for a Hybrid Remote (3 days in office, 2 days at home) Personal Lines Account Manager/Executive to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Personal Lines experience and have worked with carriers such as Chubb/PURE and must have brokerage background.

Job Details

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/CLIENT MANAGEMENT
1. Meets agency’s objectives for client service, account development and placement of business.
Aligns with Strategic Plan goals. Services all clients as VIP status.
2. Handles all phone calls, outside client visits and walk-in activity by clients and carriers. Phone
calls are returned the same day or referred to manager for handling.
3. Working with clients to perform re-markets, answer questions regarding coverages and ensuring
the coverages meets the needs of the client, cross sell to other departments.
4. New Accounts:
  • Works with New Business Supervisor on transition of new business to Account Executive by
reviewing EPIC notes to familiarize themselves with the new account. Send AE intro email to
the client. Work with New Business Supervisor to clear up any open activities from the New
Business binding within 72 hours.
5. Rounding:
  • Follows the Agency program to round personal lines accounts. At time of renewal, review
open and closed activities to determine if additional coverage is beneficial to the client based
on past conversations and revised company contracts. Review coverage eligibility
requirements with company underwriter.
  • Profiles, sends rounding email(s); follows-up and creates new lines.
  • Uses every contact as an opportunity to round the account and review coverages the insured
needs; communicates those needs successfully.
6. Renewals:
  • Responsible for timely renewal reviews on assigned Book of Business. Full review to be
conducted every three years on non-VIP accounts and annual review on VIP accounts.
7. Delegates tasks to others within the agency and ReSourcePro as appropriate.
8. Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities current.
9. Set up policy changes in EPIC and assigns to Junior Analyst for processing.

Technical Skills:
  • NJ or NY Property and Casualty license required
  • Minimum of one-year high net worth carrier experience
  • At least three years of previous Account Executive experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Chubb, AIG, Pure, and Cincinnati websites.
Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to obtain an insurance designation as per agency standards
