We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Revenue Cycle team in the Medical industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining both on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the implementation of revenue cycle projects, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes medical billing, medical claims, denials, AR follow-up, and liaising with insurance providers.

Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the full project life cycle of revenue cycle initiatives, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Overseeing the client onboarding process, including system configuration, charge master setup, and provider database management.
3. Serving as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management, providing guidance and support to other team members.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
5. Ensuring that all medical coding and auditing processes are carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Managing and resolving any issues related to medical billing, claims, and denials.
7. Conducting AR follow-up activities and liaising with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate payment.
8. Coordinating and managing the prior authorization process, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Implementation Project Manager position should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the medical industry.
2. Proven experience in medical billing, medical claims, denials, and AR follow-up.
3. Solid understanding of medical coding and auditing processes.
4. Previous experience in client onboarding, charge master setup, and system configuration.
5. Strong knowledge of insurance providers and the prior authorization process.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
9. Proficiency in provider database management.
10. A relevant degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
