We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Associate Attorney (Securities) to join our team in Chicago, Detroit or Indianapolis! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the best teams in the industry. The ideal applicant will specialize in Securities Law, with at least 6 years of Securities experience for our Business practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in the 1934 Act.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
• 6-10+ years of experience specializing in securities law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm.
• Depending on experience the lawyer could be a senior associate, counsel, or partner (with no portable book needed).
• Must have public company experience and be able to take responsibility on deals, without a lot of oversight needed.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
