We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from both home and office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, delivering high-quality service to our clients, and supporting our sales team to achieve business objectives. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, from managing client relationships and marketing new business to ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3. Market new business, leveraging your industry knowledge and professional network to identify opportunities and drive growth.
4. Collaborate with the sales team, providing expert advice and support to help achieve business objectives.
5. Use the Applied EPIC system to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
6. Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues quickly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, ideally within the sales industry.
2. Hold a Property and Casualty insurance license. A Life, Accident, and Health license is desirable.
3. Proficient in using the Applied EPIC system.
4. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations.
5. Proven track record in marketing new business and managing client relationships.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
9. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
