We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. As an Audit Senior, you will play an integral role in our company's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports and statements. This is a permanent hybrid role, providing you with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing assurance services and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with the company's audit methodology and standards.
2. Review financial statements, records, and reports to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
4. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations for improving the company's financial systems and controls.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of audits.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
7. Provide excellent client service, fostering strong relationships and promoting our company's reputation for quality and integrity.
8. Contribute to team meetings and professional development activities, sharing expertise and insights to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, assurance, or a similar role.
4. Solid understanding of auditing techniques and financial regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
