Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit engagements, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, ensuring quality work and fostering their professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the audit team and clients to plan, execute, and review audit strategies and objectives.
  • Continuously adapt and refine audit methodologies in response to the ever-evolving client business landscapes.
  • Act as a key liaison between the client and the audit team, managing expectations, deliverables, and communications.
  • Keep abreast of current industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the firm's audit practices remain top-notch.
  • Participate actively in firm-wide professional development initiatives, ensuring consistent growth and knowledge update.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 150 credit hours or a Master's degree.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a senior audit role or similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of client service and professional ethics.
