Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and interact with various professionals in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

1. Install HVAC systems in both commercial and residential buildings as per the project requirements and industry standards.
2. Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for repair.
4. Install and repair ductwork, including flexible tubing and sheet metal.
5. Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, and other mechanical equipment.
6. Test and balance systems to ensure they are operating correctly.
7. Collaborate with construction professionals, including architects and engineers, to design and implement the best HVAC solutions.
8. Comply with all safety policies and procedures and ensure the safe operation of HVAC systems.
9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, Installer, or a similar role in the HVAC industry.
2. Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
3. Familiarity with both commercial and residential HVAC systems.
4. Experience in duct installation and repair.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment and systems.
6. Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety.
7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
10. HVAC certification or equivalent is a plus.
