Job Details:

Join our dynamic team as a Permanent HVAC Technician! We are a leading player in the Construction industry, committed to providing top-notch HVAC solutions for our clients. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a strong background in both residential and commercial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems including but not limited to refrigeration, chillers, freezers, boilers, and ice machines. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including residential split systems, commercial HVAC, ice machines, refrigeration, chillers, freezers, and boilers.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating, and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Service and repair evaporative coolers, HVAC control systems, split systems, ice machines, walk-in coolers, freezers, and exhaust fans.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure all installations are up to code and meet the project specifications.
• Respond to emergency service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and implement solutions.
• Keep records of all work activities, including detailed reports on work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and use of protective equipment.
• Keep abreast of the latest safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the Construction industry.
• Knowledge and experience with residential split systems, commercial HVAC, ice machines, refrigeration, chillers, freezers, and boilers.
• EPA certification is required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC operations and ability to work with complex systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards, along with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
