We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while expanding your skill set. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair skills. They should also have a deep understanding of mechanical knowledge, customer service, heating systems, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in various construction projects, ensuring they meet all standards and regulations.
2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep HVAC systems running smoothly, reducing the likelihood of system failures or breakdowns.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems quickly and effectively, utilizing your strong mechanical knowledge.
4. Provide top-tier customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to ensure HVAC systems are integrated and functioning properly in all projects.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, implementing them as necessary to improve system efficiency and performance.
8. Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in HVAC or related field is a plus.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
4. Solid understanding of mechanical knowledge, heating systems, and refrigerification systems.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
6. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
7. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
8. EPA Certification is highly desirable.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly in high-stress situations.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility at all times.
