MUST HAVE: Prior experience in Mechanical Design, Sales, and Project Management with a strong understanding of HVAC Systems.

Our project managers represent our company and the services we provide. Minimum requirements include a strong understanding of various HVAC systems, superior organizational skills, and the ability to develop accurate estimates. You must be comfortable working closely with other members of our construction team and committed to building long-term relationships with our clients by always focusing on their best interests.

This is NOT a Manager role, you will be working as a Project Manager for various construction job sites throughout the Twin Cities. You will be responsible for selling, estimating, and closing each project. You will monitor and order equipment for each project, but you will not manage labor or order commodity materials.

Must have:

• Prior experience in managing projects from initiation to completion as an individual contributor
• Experience in design builds, estimation, and a background in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering
• Prior sales background working with direct customer involvement
• You will be required to travel to various job sites throughout the Twin Cities
