Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems.
• Work on a wide range of projects, including commercial and high-rise buildings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with boilers, hot water systems, ect.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman level experience as a HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with high-rise building HVAC is a plus.
• Journeymen certification in HVAC or a related field or ability to get it within 6 months.
