Responsibilities:
The HVAC Service Manager will have a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
2. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of HVAC technicians, providing the necessary training and support to ensure high-quality work.
3. Coordinating with clients to understand their HVAC needs and providing them with appropriate solutions.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and work regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC service department.
6. Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in HVAC technology and incorporating them into services when beneficial.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the HVAC or related industry.
3. Experience in leading and building teams, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
7. A commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
8. Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to HVAC service management.
