We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a permanent position in the construction industry where you will be responsible for selling HVAC systems and services to our commercial clients. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while also increasing sales and profitability. This role requires a unique blend of technical HVAC knowledge and sales expertise to effectively meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our HVAC products and services.
2. Cultivate and manage relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Conduct site visits to evaluate HVAC needs and propose appropriate solutions.
4. Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our HVAC systems and services.
5. Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
8. Stay updated with latest HVAC trends and technologies, and competitive offerings.
9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
10. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC systems when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in HVAC, Commercial HVAC, heating and air conditioning.
3. EPA Certification and NATE certification are highly desirable.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
6. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
9. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.
10. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
