**Min 5-7 years of experience. Must be Journeyman level Commercial HVAC Service Tech’s with experience on high tonnage chillers and boilers. Clients are all Mission Critical HVA - hospitals, data centers, and large class A commercial real estate.**

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, controls systems, boilers, air handling systems,
• Refrigeration and controls.
• Universally EPA Certified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
• Must have demonstrated commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment.
