Job Details:
We are currently on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our fast-paced company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, including payroll, safety management, HR policy development, employee relations, and performance management. This is a permanent position that requires someone with a strong understanding of HR policy and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payments to all employees.
• Implement and maintain safety management protocols to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Develop, revise, and implement HR policies in line with company goals and industry best practices.
• Utilize Paycom or equivalent HRIS system for HR administration, payroll, benefits, and training.
• Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention.
• Manage and oversee the performance management system, including performance reviews and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all national and local regulations concerning human resources.
• Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
• Act as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory standards.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Ability to strategize and implement HR policies effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
