We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate should be an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of all HR functions and the ability to make our company a premier employment destination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee engagement and resolving any grievances or complaints promptly.
  • Oversee and manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure employees continue to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance by implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the management team to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
