Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a contract role where you will be instrumental in streamlining our HR processes, managing employee relations, and enhancing our workforce's performance. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to make a significant impact on a growing company's operations.

Responsibilities
1. Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use HR software like ADP, UKG, and Workday for data entry, reporting, logging employee records, and processing payroll.
3. Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
4. Manage UKG administration, including system updates, user training, and troubleshooting.
5. Oversee the administration of FMLA and other leave programs, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
6. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
7. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice to ensure a positive and fair workplace.
8. Coordinate and facilitate HR projects as needed, such as training, surveys, and events.
9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator role or similar.
2. Proficiency in HR software, including ADP, UKG, and Workday.
3. Proven experience in employee onboarding and UKG administration.
4. In-depth understanding of FMLA and other leave programs.
5. Familiarity with benefits administration.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and professionalism.
7. Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
9. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
