We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Human Resources Admin to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in the operations industry where you will play a critical role in assisting with HR functions and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits, LOA, payroll, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and background checks. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Human Resources Admin, you will:

1. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement plans, leave of absence (LOA), and employee assistance.
2. Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
3. Utilize HRIS and ADP Workforce Now for data entry, report generation, and analysis.
4. Perform i9 verification and process background checks for potential hires.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
8. Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing telephone screenings, and initial interviews.
9. Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the finance industry.
2. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
3. Proven experience with benefits administration, LOA, payroll, i9 verification, and background checks.
4. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
7. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
