Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives. This role will involve extensive HR and recruitment, managing talent, overseeing recruitment efforts, and ensuring legal compliance with HR federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and refine systems for employee orientations, benefits administration, and health and welfare benefits.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure legal compliance and meet HR federal and state requirements.
  • Champion the onboarding process, including hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to senior management and Corporate.
  • Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage several complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project and team management skills.
  • Utilize HRIS database, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Paycom payroll processing, and NetSuite effectively.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • HR - PHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with an HRIS database, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Paycom payroll processing, and NetSuite.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
