We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to the healthcare sector. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support our mission and overall business plan. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent management, leadership development, employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of staff, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
3. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Oversee the wage and salary administration and benefits administration, ensuring competitive, sustainable, and scalable compensation and benefits plans.
6. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
7. Develop and nurture a positive working environment, including employee recognition programs, employee engagement activities, and work-life balance initiatives.
8. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for Leadership Development and succession planning and develop ongoing strategies for motivating and retaining top performers.
9. Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Proven working experience as an HR Director or similar role in the healthcare or hospital sector for a minimum of 5 years.
3. In-depth knowledge of human resources management policies and best practices.
4. Familiarity with the healthcare industry's current and future trends, as well as a deep understanding of business strategy.
5. Proven experience managing a team and driving HR initiatives.
6. Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
7. Excellent leadership qualities, with an ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
8. Strong understanding of complex employment laws and ability to interpret and advise on employment legislation.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.
10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
