We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR & Safety Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role requires a professional who is deeply passionate about ensuring a safe and healthy workplace environment, while also managing the human resources needs of the organization. This position is not for the faint-hearted but for a driven and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
As the HR & Safety Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
8. Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
9. Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
10. Conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the HR & Safety Manager role should have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in Compliance, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and Human Resources.
4. Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.)
5. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
6. Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS systems.
7. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
10. Strong ethics and reliability.
