Job Details
We are looking to hire and experienced RN with BSN degree who comes with 5 years of Hospice Nursing experience.
Nurse Leadership / Supervisory experience preferred. CHPN certification a plus but not required.
The Hospice RN Team Leader supports the Hospice Nurse Manager in providing leadership guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program.
Mentors and provides leadership direction to the professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.
The schedule includes functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year.
Work Territory: Manahttan (NY)
Work Schedule Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm
