Role Overview:
The ideal candidate(s) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our healthcare practice's market position, bringing a wealth of knowledge, a robust client base, and a track record of successful representation in healthcare matters. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the expansion of the healthcare/healthcare regulatory practice.
Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of healthcare matters, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, Medicare and Medicaid issues, and patient privacy.
Represent a diverse client base, including healthcare providers, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies, in both advisory and litigation matters.
Collaborate with other departments to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff within the practice.
Contribute to thought leadership and business development activities to enhance the firm’s presence in the healthcare legal market.
Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law, with a proven track record in healthcare regulatory matters.
Established client base with strong potential for growth.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
