As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the supply chain network, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and policies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, capacity constraints, and market volatility, to ensure continuity of supply and minimize business impact.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers and service providers to enhance collaboration, drive innovation, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.

Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.


Qualifications:
Dairy foods manufacturing experience ( Must-have)**
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading and optimizing complex supply chain operations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable supply chain strategies and initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in effectively leading and developing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in supply chain planning and execution systems, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools; experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems preferred.
Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or Six Sigma/Lean is a plus.
Certifications in food safety a plus- HACCP, SQF OR PCQI
