Head of Epi Product Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Epi Product Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to lead and manage a team of engineers in the development, production, and optimization of EPI integrated products, with a particular focus on 3D DRAM and Epitaxy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product innovation, delivering on strategic objectives, and ensuring the highest level of product quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Head of Epi Product Unit, you will:

1. Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for EPI integrated products, focusing on 3D DRAM and Epitaxy.
2. Manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, production, and post-launch support.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure the product meets market needs and drives customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulations.
6. Identify and implement opportunities for product improvement and innovation, based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
7. Develop and manage the product unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing profitability.
8. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure product performance and quality.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Epi Product Unit role will have:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the engineering industry, specifically in product development and management.
2. Proven experience with architecture, EPI integrated product, 3D DRAM, and Epitaxy.
3. A strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, production, and post-launch support.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive product innovation and deliver on strategic objectives.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to EPI integrated products.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA would be an asset.
9. Proven financial and budget management skills, with a strong understanding of the financial aspects of product development and management.
