A bit about us:

My client is a successful, cloud-based tech company that is seeking a HCV Solution Consultant to join their team, playing a dual role by supporting the sales team and actively participating in sales efforts for our housing programs. You will be instrumental in driving our success modernizing the Section 8 programs for public sector organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the sales team as an HCV subject matter expert and contributing to the sales efforts for our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs.

This position is salaried + commission. You will also be bonus eligible.

Candidates must be location in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, NJ, NM, NY, TX, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
  • Program Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our HCV program and maintain current knowledge of affordable housing policies, guidelines, and market
trends.
  • Product Demonstrations: Create and deliver dynamic product demonstrations for our prospects showing them the value of our solutions.
  • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team by providing program information, training, and assisting in the development of sales strategies.
  • Customer Support: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information and support related to our housing
programs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market data and competitor information to identify opportunities and challenges in the affordable housing market.

Sales:
  • Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals to promote our HCV programs.
  • Program Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our affordable housing programs.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to the sales team to support decision-making.
  • Market Expansion: Continuously seek opportunities to expand our market presence and increase participation in our housing programs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Section8 programs or the like.
  • Strong understanding of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and affordable housing market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Social Services, or a related discipline).
