Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
• Experience translating business needs/challenges into marketing solutions.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities.
• Ability to work well in a team and accept feedback.
• Ability to ignite and build strong interpersonal relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to recommend cost-saving solutions to projects.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide graphic services, including the creation of original graphics, proofing files to clients, and working closely with print and fabrication staff to provide visually appealing and engaging products.
• Consult with clients (Directors and PMs) to clarify graphic products/services available to meet the customers' visual needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
• Support Creative Services Manager in the design of new products, existing products, logos, signage, and dimensional displays.
• Support the Marketing team with updating and maintaining company websites, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing. Utilize RentCafe platform to manage property listings, photos, and other relevant information, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all online platforms.
• Accept and implement Creative Services Manager’s project direction.
• Determine appropriate means to produce the desired visual effect and production methods.
• Maintain a weekly task list for assigned projects showing time allotments, schedules, and delegations using Monday.com.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations and adhere to timelines.
• Uphold brand standards, pushing our brand forward aesthetically.
• Offer creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking to elevate projects and inspire clients.
• Take initiative in project participation, ideation, and continuous learning to stay ahead of design trends.
