Join our dynamic team as a Consulting Government Contracts Administrator in the Engineering industry. This exciting role is vital to our organization's success and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a wide range of government contracts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to navigate complex contract administration processes with ease and professionalism. This role requires a deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR), and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Government Contracts Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing and interpreting government contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government specifications, and requirements.
2. Navigating the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system to process invoices and receive reports.
3. Preparing teaming agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and domestic and international consultant/sales representative agreements.
4. Providing guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
5. Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
6. Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Consulting Government Contracts Administrator role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in government contract administration, preferably within the engineering industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and DoD contracting procedures.
3. Proficiency in using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system.
4. Strong contract reading and interpretation skills.
5. Experience in preparing teaming agreements, MOUs, MOAs, and domestic and international consultant/sales representative agreements.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, customer representatives, and internal teams.
7. A bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certification in Contract Management is highly desirable.
