Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Director to lead our payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing payroll processes using Workday and Netsuite, as well as a deep understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll across all countries
  • - Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • - Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processes
  • - Manage the implementation and maintenance of Workday and Netsuite payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • - Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • - Stay up-to-date with changes in global payroll regulations and ensure compliance across all countries
  • - Provide regular reporting and analysis of payroll data to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • - 10+ years of experience managing global payroll operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • - Deep expertise in Workday and Netsuite payroll systems, with experience implementing and managing these systems in a global context
  • - Strong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll issues quickly and effectively
  • - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • - Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global payroll operations
