What you will be doing:
Provide Strategic Leadership in the development and execution of mathematical testing strategies globally.
Collaborate with the executive leadership to align mathematical testing initiatives with overall company goals
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development
Evaluate mathematical algorithms in gaming products to ensure fairness, accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for mathematical models

What you need for this position:
Mathematical testing within the Gaming Industry
Leadership and successful track record of managing teams
Programming in C++, Java or C#
Experience in Windows or Linux or Unix
