We're a General Contractor based in Naples, FL specializing in renovation projects focused on Luxury High-End Residential renovation projects. The homes we work on are valued between $5,000,000 - $50,000,000 and are located west of I-75 and range from Marco Island to Venice.

Our core work is focused on mold remediations & water intrusion repairs.

Job Details:

We are seeking a construction professional to join our team as a General Superintendent. Our firm specializes in luxury residential renovations and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring a high level of expertise and dedication to this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a particular focus on renovations. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and a deep understanding of the luxury residential market.

Responsibilities:

As a General Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring projects are completed on
time and within budget.
2. Managing and coordinating the work of construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
3. Ensuring all construction activities comply with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
4. Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process, including mold remediation and water intrusion
repairs.
5. Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
6. Evaluating construction methods and determining cost-effectiveness of plans, using your comprehensive knowledge of luxury
residential construction.
7. Leading the planning and implementation of renovation projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet the specific needs and
expectations of our luxury clientele.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role, specifically within residential construction.
2. Proven experience in luxury residential construction and renovation projects.
3. Expertise in mold remediation and water intrusion repairs is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
7. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
