Responsibilities:
As a Permanent General Liability Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Handling a wide range of general liability cases, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.
2. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
4. Representing the firm and its clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
5. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
6. Keeping abreast of developments in general liability law to maintain a high level of proficiency in this practice area.
7. Providing guidance and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent General Liability Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ).
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in general liability, with a focus on insurance defense.
