Full Stack Engineer (Java, AWS)

The Full Stack Engineer/Architect is a pivotal member of the technology leadership team, serving as a hands-on team member in web/app/middleware technology. This role encompasses technical leadership, project prioritization, and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Develop digital technology architecture for web, mobile apps, and integrations.
Enhance digital technology support, emphasizing root cause tracking and prevention.
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with the Marketing and Digital team, partners, and 3rd party vendors.
Propose innovative solutions and stay updated on digital technology trends.

Act as a technical leader for web, mobile apps, and integrations.
Collaborate to identify opportunities for online and mobile application systems to gain a competitive edge.
Ensure efficient, scalable digital technologies while upholding data integrity, regulatory compliance, and security standards.
Oversee support processes for online and integrations platforms with a focus on continuous improvement.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer/Architect at growth companies with a proven track record of high impact
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field (or comparable experience)
Strong full-stack technical competence in digital technologies:

Strong quality assurance experience including volume testing
Strategic thinking and the ability to align initiatives with business objectives
Solid understanding of data integration tools and processes
Ability to understand and work on projects as well as guiding overall project scope
Ability to work alongside third-party vendors & service providers to create and assess tickets, create documentation, and partake in huddles

Use Case Scenario: Website isn't integrating with POS, this employee would need to communicate with and partner with the third party vendors/service providers to fix the issue.

QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer/Architect at growth companies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or comparable experience)
Strong full-stack technical expertise in digital technologies. Middleware architecture experience highly preferred.
