Full-Stack Developer (Full Scope Polygraph On Site)

Our client is a major defense contractor that is is one of the best known in the industry. They're prime one many major contracts and have a deep history of CNO (computer network operations) and exploitation . This role is onsite at the Ft Meade under high pressure on the most mission critical operations. The compensation is some of the best you'll find and there is a giant sign-on bonus. But for you to be the right fit, you must be mission focused and willing to work at the tip of the spear.

Experience with implant development
Experience developing covert applications and Command and Control (C2) techniques
Familiarity with modern exploit mitigation techniques and counter-measures
Active participation in Capture the Flag (CTF) or other software hacking competitions

Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic, committed, and innovative Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects, leveraging your skills in C++, Java, and CNO. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be involved in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions across a variety of platforms and technologies. This is a permanent position that requires a full scope polygraph.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reliable code for the full stack of application components, from the database to the user interface.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
3. Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and issues.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
5. Assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for new development projects.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain innovative and competitive.
7. Continuously improve software engineering practices across the development team.
8. Work closely with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant coding and design standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
3. Proficient in C++, Java, and CNO or equivalent.
4. Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
6. Proven experience with database design and data modeling.
7. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. Must be willing to undergo a full scope polygraph.
11. Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
12. Strong understanding of security principles and how they apply to web applications.
