Firm Administrator- Immediate Opportunity in Great Neck

We are a B2B tax & accounting firm on a mission to help today’s entrepreneurs to save a massive amount of money on taxes while building wealth.

We were designed to solve the accounting and financial issues of a small business and entrepreneurs mainly niched focused clients in the Med-spa and Real Estate Industry so that they can further their mission. We were founded to fill the gap between what these specific industries needed to best run their organizations and what the individual needed to make future investments.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast paced environment
• Interact with client & gather information
• Keep all Client info & Client projects up to date in Firm Tracker.
• Efile tax returns when complete.
• Take on other tasks as they come due.

You should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience working as an administrator in an accounting firm
