Regional Sales Representative who is highly motivated, relentlessly dedicated, team-oriented, with a hunter mentality. Manage a large client base and regional territory focused on selling in the multifamily, industrial, and commercial sectors providing the industry’s best fire safety inspection services.

Sales Requirements -

• Proven track record in new sales development, account expansion and account management.
• Experience managing a large territory and customer base a PLUS!
• Sales Experience in Fire Life Safety Industry. Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression a Plus – BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office Suite solutions.
• Experience with "C" level sales to Property Management Companies in the Multifamily, Industrial and/or Commercial market sectors preferred.
• Live in the Greater Phoenix area.

Sales Responsibilities - Generate NEW Fire Protection Inspection sales and up-sells from new and existing customers.

• Fire Safety Systems Inspections, Testing and Monitoring as required by NFPA and California Codes
• Tenant Improvement projects including Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Suppression
• Inspection Corrections
• New Construction
