Financial Controller

We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our retail business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

In the position we will take ownership of the monthly close process, covering General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations and more across multiple NA locations and legal entities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA required
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Proven track record of managing financial operations for multiple legal entities.
• Prior experience in budgeting, FP&A, and 3-statement modeling
• Prior experience in building and improving financial processes and building financial teams.
