Financial Analyst

We have an immediate need on our Risk Control team - ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of financial analysis experience and comfortable using SQL.

Is your background a fit?
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5+ GPA with exceptional SAT/ACT scores; degree is Computer Science or related field is a preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or data analysis role
* Strong aptitude in accounting and analytics
* Hands-on experience using SQL or VBA for financial modeling
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Track record of high achievement through internships, academics, volunteer work
* Entrepreneurial spirit and great attitude
* Strong aptitude to pick up things quickly with a positive attitude
* Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week, fully onsite in downtown Ft. Worth

What will you be doing?
* Assist the trading desk by tracking daily P&L by strategy, analyzing current and potential trading
opportunities
* Monitor risk factors that affect our portfolio of investments
* Perform risk diagnostics on items such as security pricing, financing costs, convertibility of bonds, interest rate sensitivity
* Create and improve automated processes
